Connecticut Flute Orchestra presents "Mostly Connecticut" featuring CT composers

Connecticut Flute Orchestra invites you to a fun and interesting afternoon! (A FREE concert at Wesleyan University.)

The Connecticut Flute Orchestra is a collective of professional flutists celebrating the rich culture of our state with the sounds, repertoire and diversity of a multi-flute orchestra.

Piccolo, Eb flute, Alto flute, Bass flute, Contrabass flute and Subcontra bass flute will comprise the orchestra. Nadya Potemkina, Adjunct Assistant Professor at Wesleyan University will conduct.

“Mostly Connecticut” will perform several works by Connecticut Composer/Arrangers including Neely Bruce, Thomas Duffy, Adrianne Greenbaum, Joseph Russo, student composer Xueqing Sun and along with several works by respected living composers, and well recognized pieces from digital media. This concert is being funded by online fundraisers and wonderful advertisers in our program.
